Gourmet on the go

The genesis for this Boulder, Colorado, startup was the recognition of a virtually untapped niche: fresh, gourmet-style noodles and a bistro-esque environment fused with the speed and affordability of “fast food.” Each order is made individually with fresh ingredients and served in a heavy china bowl. The open kitchen is part of the experience and the identity, featuring noodles being tossed in a pan, is an extension of that experience.
