The genesis for this Boulder, Colorado startup was the recognition of a virtually untapped niché: fresh, gourmet-style noodles and a bistro-esque environment fused with the speed and affordability of “fast food”. Willoughby Design developed the initial brand identity that is still in use today as the company continues to expand nationally.
