Something out of Nothing

Currently in the development phase, Gateway will be a mixed-use shop, dine, live, work community in Mission, Kansas. In collaboration with architects, developers and leasing agents, Willoughby used brand identity design and visual storytelling to bring this vacant plot of land to life as an envisioned lifestyle community. The Cameron Group developers used these materials to help potential stakeholders, retailers, home buyers and business owners visualize the Gateway experience.
